I’m Amy, Part Time NHS Nurse Since 2011, mum of 2 boys and founder and maker of Arbroath Tablet Company. I’ve been creating traditional Scottish tablet for friends’ weddings, celebrations and special events since 2013 — and after years of crafting for others, I’m delighted to turn that passion into a dedicated business.
For me, exceptional tablet is about more than just the recipe. It’s about the method — the care, time and technique behind every batch that creates the smooth texture, depth and quality that make Scottish tablet so special. The method taught to me by a wee fish wife from the fit o the toon!
I’m pleased to share that Arbroath Tablet Company has passed its Environmental Health inspection, marking an exciting milestone as this journey begins.
